Since 1957, the Laurel Pipeline’s east-to-west flow has ensured dependable, safe and low-cost pipeline access to refined fuel products for Western Pennsylvania. Today’s recommendation is a step in the right direction for Pennsylvania consumers, who will continue to benefit from lower prices at the pump. We urge the PUC to put Pennsylvania first by upholding today’s recommendation and rule in favour of Pennsylvania consumers, communities and businesses.”
